1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms govern the use of the website www.addata.academy and the services offered by DATAALIGN LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, with registered address at 1209 Mountain Rd Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110 (hereinafter "AdData Academy" or "the Company").
By registering or purchasing any product, you acknowledge having read and understood these Terms and the associated Privacy Policy.
2. Information You Provide to Us
When you register or purchase, you provide data such as name, email, and payment information necessary to process your purchase. The processing of such data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
3. Memberships and Purchases
3.1. Products and Terms
AdData Academy offers on-demand video courses, access to a private Telegram community, team support, and content updates. The standard membership has a duration of 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise indicated on the sales page of a specific product (lifetime access, implementation packages, etc.).
Payments are processed through third-party payment platforms (Stripe, among others). Prices may be expressed in USD or another currency as indicated.
3.2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials. Any activity performed from your account is your responsibility.
3.3. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee and Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase by writing to [email protected]. After 7 days, given the immediate and complete nature of the digital product delivery, all payments are final and non-refundable.
Approved refunds are processed via the same payment method used in the original purchase, within 10 business days from approval. Actual crediting time depends on the payment processor and the user's banking institution.
4. Intellectual Property
All content available on AdData Academy — videos, downloadable materials, prompts, templates, community, and documentation — is the exclusive property of DATAALIGN LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
By purchasing a membership, you obtain a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for individual professional use during the term of the membership.
5. Restrictions on Use
The following is expressly prohibited:
- Sharing access credentials with third parties.
- Reproducing, distributing, or reselling all or part of the content.
- Using the content to create competing or derivative products without express authorization.
- Publicly distributing screenshots, recordings, or excerpts of the content.
- Spamming or unauthorized self-promotion in the community.
Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of access without right to a refund, and possible legal action.
6. No Warranties
The content is provided for educational and professional purposes. It does not constitute legal or financial advice, nor does it guarantee specific results in advertising campaigns or commercial decisions of the user.
7. Limitation of Liability
DATAALIGN LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Maximum liability to the user, in any event, shall be limited to the amount actually paid for the product in question.
8. Modification of Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Modifications will be published at this same URL with the update date. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the modifications.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the State of New Mexico, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of the user's jurisdiction provide otherwise.
